Requirement to mention UDIN in all Reports and Certificates issued by Members of the ICAI
1.) Attention of the members is invited to the Announcement dated 4th June 2019 regarding “Requirement of mentioning UDIN while signing audit reports” hosted on ICAI’s website at the following link: https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=15671&c_id=240
2.) It is hereby clarified that the aforesaid requirement to mention UDIN will, mutatis mutandis, apply to all reports issued pursuant to any attestation engagement and certificates issued by the members of ICAI.
3.) This Announcement will come into force from immediate effect.
