GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C for FY 2018-19, Proposal for increasing theshold to Rs 5Cr
As per latest news updates, there is proposal of increasing min threshold for filing of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C to 5 Crore & Above. Also GST Council is proposing that due date for filing GSTR-9 & 9C should be increased to 30th June 2020 from present 31st March 2020.
Law Panel has also proposed to GOM that no late filing fees should be levied on GST Annual return of FY 2017-18 & FY 2018-19.
