NSE EXTENDS ANNUAL LISTING FEES DUE DATE

National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) vide Ref No: NSE/CML/44288 & Circular No. 09/2020 has issued Notification related to “Extension in Timeline Towards Payment of FY 21 Annual Listing Fees in wake of COVID 19 Pandemic”.

• All Listed Companies
• Extension granted
• Exchange has decided to extend the due date of payment for the Annual Listing Fees for FY 21 from 30th April 2020 to 30th June 2020.

• Key Highlights:

• The Exchange has been receiving requests from listed companies for extension in timelines towards payment of Annual Listing Fees.

• In view of this challenging situation and the resultant operational challenges faced by the companies, the Exchange has decided to extend the due date of payment for the Annual Listing Fees for FY 21 from 30th April 2020 to 30th June 2020.

• NSE is committed to supporting the government in the nation’s battle against the pandemic and in providing assistance to alleviate the difficulties faced by the ecosystem due to COVID 19.
