On Account of technical difficulties, the due date for submission of FLA for the year 2019-20 has been extended to 14th Aug 2020. Earlier the due date was 31st July 2020. The same has been extended to 14th August Now.

FLA return is mandatory under RBI and is required to be submitted the same based on audited/ unaudited accounts by July 15 every year.
