Overview:

Crocs is seeking for an experienced Finance Manager for their Gurgaon location. The candidate will be managing Accounting & Compliance part of finance function.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Handle the entire gamut of finance and accounts
• Prepare Closing Provision Journals
• Ensure correct revenue and expense booking on a monthly basis
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Perform accurate and timely financial and management reporting including financial closing and analysis
• Cash flow reporting and analysis
• Manage Fixed assets of company
• Ensure correct intercompany accounting
• Collaboration with cross functional teams like Tax, Treasury , Payroll to ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly books
• Act as first SPOC for both Local (External) & Internal Audit , interacting with different departments of company for ensuring successful audit of company
• Ensure compliance of Internal Control and Processes of company
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Co-ordination with Accenture and internal team member on booking of AP expenses, payments to vendors
• Ensuring timely payments other than with Accenture team
• Review AP Aging Report

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax, including but not limited to GST , Corporate Tax
• Strong knowledge in MS – Excel & Power point
• Ability to work Cross Functionally

Eligibility:

• Education Requirements : B.Com/MBA/PGDBM/CA Inter/ ICWA Inter
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field
