Overview:

Grofers is seeking for an experienced Business Finance Head at their Gurgaon location. This role will be primarily responsible for working with the CFO for business enablement and working with business leaders to enable them to take critical financial and business decisions.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Build, mentor and scale a world class Business Finance team
• Facilitate strategic decision-making through meaningful insights backed with data
• Build financial models and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements
• Align financial and operational analysis and challenge assumptions, when necessary
• Review and approve financial management decisions – both Opex and Capex related
• Support M&A related transactions

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Work experience in FMCG/ MNCs / E-commerce/Consultancy domain – with setting up processes in fast paced growth organisation preferable
• Working knowledge of back-end fulfilment and logistics businesses

Eligibility:

• CA/ MBA
• 10+ years works experience in management or financial accounting, Financial Performance & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
