Overview:

Oyo is seeking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for their Gurugram, Haryana location.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Management reporting of key metrics that aid business decision making and support key strategic initiatives on weekly and monthly basis
• Budgeting and forecasting; preparation of AOP and other financial plans; variance analysis
• Provide insights basis slicing and dicing of P&L at various levels – category, product, regional, entity, etc.
• Extensive interactions with key functional leaders across geographies and entities for business and financial understanding
• Coordination with the corporate and investor-facing teams for business and financial updates; commercial due diligence of new entities
• Monitoring, review and analysis of key KPIs, visibility creation through dashboards and financial models through automation and collaboration with data analytics team

The ideal candidate should also have:

• High on ownership and go getter attitude
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Zeal for management reporting and cross-functional discussions

Eligibility:

• Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from a premier institute
• 3-5 years post qualification experience
