The leading international bank Standard Chartered is looking full-time candidate for a permanent Analyst and T&I Finance role at Chennai.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Manage the assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct periodic tests of key controls in accordance with the operational risk policy framework.
- Ensure compliance of regulations, policies and requirements of the in-scope countries.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by utilizing interpersonal skills to work with members effectively and to communicate across teams in the FSSC to ensure smooth operations for the centre
- Continual review of all assigned processes to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing quality service, that is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated effectively.
- Process and Decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions (DOI) manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified.
- Improve in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time.
- Uphold the Values of the Group and Company at all times.
- Comply with all applicable Rules/ Regulations of the Company and adhere to Financial Control Policies and Group Accounting Policies.
- Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and Report all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager.
- Deliver the Budgets & Forecasts during the relevant cycles seamlessly.
- Ensure efficiency in the quality of the Budgets / Forecasts to the utmost satisfaction of the customers.
Must have Eligibility:
CWA/ MBA/ B.com with a minimum of 6 years experience.
