Overview:

The executive will be responsible for delivering critical management reports on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. They will also execute the D&A strategy through senior analysts and translate the business requirements/problem statements to Data and analytics delivery solutions. They will also collaborate the respective engagement partners serving the information and decision-making needs of the various business stakeholders in Unilever on regular basis and directly engage with the stakeholders during the reporting period.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Extract date from various landscapes and transform using various tools, consolidation, validation, and publication of the assigned reports accurately in full and on time.
• Prepare and update the Standard Operating Procedures for the reports preparation which is valid and helpful from a training perspective.
• Execute Change requests and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all impacted reports
• Monitor performance scorecards of the team against SLAs and assist the operations manager in the review calls with the clients.
• Interact and deal with all stakeholders.
• Maintain logs, identify discrepancies and suggest solutions for resolving the same, which bring process improvements, simplification, and standardization.
• Assist the transition manager with the migration of new reports ranging from medium to complex.

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Good communication skills; oral and written.
• Good analytical skills with numerical ability to handle complex data, implement analytical techniques & provide the information in a simplified manner that is easily read & visually appealing.
• Good understanding of Business KPIs and their calculations.
• Troubleshooting skills

Eligibility:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Finance sector/FMCG/KPO/Audit industries
• Understanding of Financial and Accounting Concepts.
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
• Basic Appreciation of Power BI, Power Queries, Macros, SAP Landscape
• Professional qualification in Finance (Ex: MBA – Finance, Inter CA, M.Com)

This role specializes in abiding by stringent processes, adheres to info security guidelines and is core to handle crisis management working closely with the team leads for delivery.
