Overview:

CarDekho is seeking for an experienced self motivated, dynamic and qualified Senior Accountant for Accounts Payable team.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Verify & book all invoices for appropriate documentation and prepare payments of the same.
• Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices
• Experience in vendor reconciliation
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up with the relevant teams to obtain the required information.
• Respond to e-mail queries from internal and external customers/employees within agreed TAT
• Assist in month-end closing
• Checking & booking bills for reimbursements of employees’ expenses within their permissible limits.

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Well organized and a self-starter
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, Use of financial system applications like SAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills Knows basic accounting principles
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Eligibility:

• 3-6 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Should be B.com, M.Com, CA/ICWA Inter or equivalent qualifications
