Subject: Amendment in Export Policy of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers.
S.O. 3610(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 201520, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Notification No. 08 dated 01.06.2020 related to the export policy of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers, with immediate effect:

2. Effect of this Notification:
The Export of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers in container with dispenser pumps is free for export making export of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers in any form/packaging freely exportable, with immediate effect.
