CBDT provides relaxation in filing Form 15CA/15CB
As per the press release dated 14th June 2021, the Central Board of Direct Taxes [CBDT] has provided relaxation in the filing Form 15CA and CA Certificate in Form 15CB before submitting a copy to Authorized Dealer for any foreign Remittance.
This is being done as taxpayers were facing problems in filing the Forms due to the introduction of Income Tax Portal 2.0. It has been decided that the Taxpayers can submit a copy in Manual Format to the Authorised Dealers till 30th June 2021.
Authorized Dealers are advised to accept such formats till the facility of filling online forms comes on the new portal www.incometax.gov.in.
