Myntra is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager for their Bangalore location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Inventory Management and Reporting
• Work closely with the Bizfin and Planning team to ensure inventory health targets are given and maintained.
• Scorecard view and reporting with appropriate dashboards
• SOP’s and process improvement, working with ops team
• Control, monitor and be aware of all P&L impact of Inventory
• Working capital monitoring for Category as well as Non category- Identify all levers of Movt and track toward AOP
• Work proactively on improving the WC positions and AOP
• Monitor trap cash for Myntra and have plans to improve the same.

The ideal candidate should also have:

• High level of accuracy
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• High proficiency in MS Excel. Understanding of SQL/BI is added advantage

Eligibility:

• CA
• 3-4 Years of relevant experience
• Accounting Background will be highly preferred
